Overview
Individual Education Programme
- The 19 daily session children attending the Day training center from 8.00am to 12.30pm fall under the Individual Education Program.
- The program is drawn base on the type of skills the child requires in 5 basics areas:
1) Motor Skills
2) Cognitive Skills
3) Self help skills
4) Language and communication skills
5) Social skills

Living Skills Group
There is also a Saturday training program called the Living Skills Group that caters to those children who have been weaned of the IEP. They come to SSMH every Saturday for exercise, social interaction as well as learning basic living skills.

Home Visit Program
Therapist and teachers make home visits from time to time with prior permission from parents.
Brief History
- Voluntary welfare organization registered in 1984.
- Objective: To provide rehabilitation facilities to children and youth with severe mental and physical disabilities in Selangor & Federal territory.
- In June 1985, converted to a "Training Center".
